• Grant management:  The Alliance assists grantees/sub-grantees to ensure compliance, transparency, accountability and promote timely, accurate project and financial reporting.
• Negotiations: The Alliance assists clients in negotiations to develop an indirect cost rate or alternative way to recoup overhead expenses related to their grants and contracts.
• Internal controls: Alliance consultants ensure clients have policies and procedures in place to mange grant funds and operations to demonstrate transparency and accountability.
